How do I order?
Pick a set, choose your size and colour, add it to your bag, and check out. You will need an account so we can keep your order history and send you updates.
How do I pay?
We currently accept bank transfer (BCA). After you place an order, the transfer instructions appear on your order page and in your confirmation email. Please transfer the exact total within 2×24 hours so your order is not cancelled.
How do I know my payment is received?
We verify transfers manually during business hours. Once verified, your order status changes to “processing” and you will receive an email. If it has been more than one business day, feel free to contact us with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
We pack orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery time depends on the courier and service you choose at checkout — see Shipping Info for typical estimates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you the tracking number once the package is with the courier, and you can also see your orders under My Orders.
How do the sizes run?
Our sets run true to size, from XS to XXL. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — the cuts are relaxed. Each product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres.
How should I care for my pajamas?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the bleach, line-dry in the shade, and iron on low if needed. Gentle care keeps the fabric soft for years.
Can I return or exchange?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, but wrong or defective items are always exchanged or refunded, and size exchanges are possible while stock lasts. The details and time limits are on Returns & Exchanges.
