Returns & Exchanges

We are a small label and every set is checked before it ships. Because sleepwear is worn close to the skin, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. What we do promise, in line with the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999): if we send you something damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.
What qualifies
- The item arrived damaged or with a production defect.
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong colour (different from your order).
How to file a claim
- Record an unboxing video when you open the package — this is our standard proof, as with most Indonesian online stores.
- Contact us within 2×24 hours of the delivery date at thenighdayofficial@gmail.com or via Instagram DM @thenighdayofficial, with your order number, photos of the issue, and the unboxing video.
- We will reply with a confirmation and the return address. Please keep the item unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
What happens next
- For valid claims, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.
- If the item is out of stock, we will refund the item price plus your original shipping cost by bank transfer within 3–7 business days of receiving the item back.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We can exchange it while stock lasts, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags. Contact us within 2×24 hours of delivery. For size exchanges the shipping costs both ways are borne by the buyer.
Items that cannot be claimed
- Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care.
- Claims made after the 2×24 hour window.
- Minor variations in colour due to screen differences.
