Every order ships from our studio in Jakarta Pusat. We deliver across Indonesia through licensed courier partners — the options and exact rates for your address are calculated live at checkout, so what you see there is what you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after your bank transfer is verified. Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Couriers and delivery time

• At checkout you can choose from the couriers available for your address (for example JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, AnterAja, and same-day options in some cities).
• The delivery estimate shown next to each option comes directly from the courier.
• As a guide: Jabodetabek usually arrives in 1–2 days, most of Java in 2–4 days, and other islands in 3–7 days, depending on the service you pick.

Shipping cost

• Rates are calculated per order based on your destination and the package weight.
• If no courier is available for your address, a standard flat rate of Rp 25.000 applies.

Tracking

Once your package is handed to the courier, we email you the tracking number. You can follow the delivery on the courier’s website or app.
